Wind Chime
Description
Designed with seven stones aligned in an ascending column in the center of the chime that represent the seven chakras aligned along the human spine, the Woodstock Seven Stones Chakra 17.5 Inch Wind Chime is a beautiful combination of sound and color. With six silver tubes finished with anodized aluminum that does not rust, and black finish ash wood, this wind chime is a beautiful addition to any home.
Woodstock Percussion Wind Chimes are tuned using a computerized tuning process in order to achieve incomparably beautiful sound. These wind chimes also use an ancient tuning system known as just intonation. Because these notes fall between the notes of a piano (which is tuned using the modern equal temperament system), the chime has a unique, authentic quality. The frequencies at which the different tubes vibrate are integrally related, thus producing the purest musical intervals. Once you hear the beautiful tones created by these magical chimes, you will understand why they are so popular around the world.
Wind Chime Length: The length of a wind chime is measured by the overall length of the chime (not tube length) - hanging hook to the end of the sail. This wind chime is 17.5 inches long overall. Hanger not included.

I love the sound and the length of this wind chime. We bought a slightly larger one before this one and it felt like an obstruction to the path that leads to our door. This one is small but just the right size. As with many wind chimes, I noticed the strings are not long lasting or easily replaceable so you may have to replace this otherwise wonderful wind chime in a few years depending on the weathering the strings are exposed to. I will be getting $10 on a purchase of $100 for writing this review.

I love chimes. Was so totally excited in finding this site cause I've had many windchimes but these sound so great. This one is beautiful on my porch and has a nice sound to it but it takes a strong blustery wind to get some sound out of it. I was hoping it would tinkle alot but I can't get that either. Also, bought the Pluto, love the sound after listening to most of the whole site. Same thing with the Pluto--just takes alot of wind. Am I not doing something right like hanging in some way? I have it on the northwest side downwind. I tried it this summer and became frustrated because I get more from drugstore chimes than I did these. We only had a few blustery days so I didn't really get to enjoy these all summer but their nice to look at. Unfortunately, I don't sit out on blustery windy days. I think they're a great concept with the special tuning and sound but they need to be more sensitive to breezes to enjoy the sound then I would buy a bunch of them.

This is an awesome design thought! However it was much smaller than I thought it would be (the tubes are smaller around)and the stones don't seem to look like they are real, they look "cheap". The chime is okay if you are looking for a higher pitch chime.

I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and well constructed this is. It's a fairly high pitched chime and the rods are solid not hollow and I can hear it as I'm typing. I'm happy with the product and how quickly it was delivered.
