Wipe away spilled liquids immediately with a soft, damp cloth, always wiping with the wood grain. Dust frequently with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth dipped in a mild soap and water solution. Dry completely with a clean, lint-free cloth, wiping with the wood grain, and follow with a furniture polish for added shine. Repeat this cleaning process every six months to remove accumulated dust and wax build-up.

Your fine wood furniture should not be exposed to extreme heat or humidity; do not place it in direct sunlight or in a damp area. Avoid placing your furniture in front of or over heating or air conditioning vents. Avoid dragging items across the surface of your wood furniture; instead, lift them from the surface and replace them in the desired location. Use a protective pad if using your furniture as a writing surface, particularly when using a ballpoint pen.
