Trying to get furniture from Hayneedle was a big mistake for me. First, their wait time is very long. Then you have no assurance it will be delivered in one piece. I had order L-shaped home office desk with a hutch and it was delivered damaged by Pilot Freight. Their guys delivered the furniture without opening the boxes and my wife signed the receipt assuming it would be ok since they were in a hurry to leave. When I got home after work and opened the boxes, one of the pieces was found damaged(see attached pic). I took pictures and sent to hayneedle. They agreed to replace the damaged portion. After waiting for another couple of weeks they sent out the replacement. Delivery to my house was scheduled today but Pilot Freight called me today and said my replacement furniture looked pretty bashed up and they won't bother bringing it out to the house. Hayneedle customer rep has yet to call me and I don't know what story they will have this time. Its been a month and half since I placed this order and I am extremely frustrated. I needed my home office ready so I could get started with my business. Needless to say this is the last time I ever do business with Hayneedle !!!
