Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, a product must be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, you will receive an email with the updated estimated delivery date. At that time, if you do not wish to wait, you can contact us to request that we attempt to cancel the order. Although your order may be slightly delayed, it could still be entering the fulfillment process and we, therefore, cannot guarantee cancellation. If additional inventory of the item is not expected to arrive soon, your order may be cancelled for the item being out of stock. If your order or item is cancelled you will receive an email letting you know of the cancellation. When your order is cancelled, any funds on hold for your purchase will be released by your financial institution in approximately 4 business days.
