When your item has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you and also be available on the Track Your Order page. Your tracking information will update with the most recent expected delivery date as it travels.
If tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package, please check around your location in areas such as porches, side doors, or garages. We also recommend checking with other household members, leasing offices, or neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. If the package is still not located, please contact us .We will research the location of your order and promptly resolve the issue. Any packages where tracking shows delivered but have not been received must be reported to us within 5 days so our carrier can investigate if necessary.
