Freight delivery is required when the size and/or weight of the product exceeds the limits set by FedEx. Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and are available on the product page and at checkout.
You must schedule your freight delivery and be present to sign when it arrives.
Freight deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your delivery online. If you don't make the appointment online, the carrier will call at a later time to schedule.

Ground Level Entry
Our free delivery service will drop off any packages outside the ground floor entrance of your home, apartment building, or condo. From there it's up to you, so we advise having a friend (or two) on hand to assist with doorways and stairs.

Upgrade to Room of Choice delivery, and we'll make sure your packages are not only inside your home but carried to the room of your choice. We'll also carry items upstairs – ideal for apartment and condo dwellers.

Room + Unbox
With our top-tier delivery service, we'll deliver right to your room of choice and place your item just where you want it. We'll also do the unboxing and dispose of any packaging. (Assembly is not included).
Requirements:
Delivery conditions outside of the above guidelines including, but not limited to, sharp turns, narrow or gravel driveways, and gated communities or condominiums require additional handling services and fees. If any of these apply, please contact us.
Before you sign, inspect your delivery for accuracy and damage. If there's light damage to the packaging, please note on the delivery paperwork. If you suspect there could be damage to the product, ask for a copy of the delivery receipt with the carrier's name and truck number, refuse the item, and contact Customer Care at 1-888-880-4884.
If you discover damages after the delivery is made, contact us within 24 hours.
