Eligible Returns

You may return most eligible items – for whatever reason – up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Look up your order and select the Return/Exchange option to see the return eligibility for each item. From there you can start the return process and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to print and include in your return package.

Holiday Returns Policy: Orders placed between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 may be returned until Jan. 31.

Return Shipping Cost
Depending on your reason for returning an item, you might be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is not refundable on items returned due to customer preference or change of mind.
Packaging Your Return

Items should be returned in their original packaging as much as possible. Include your printed RMA slip and/or contact information, order number, and reason for return inside the package. Write your RMA number and your return address on the outside of the box and send your return by a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your return, we will credit the amount of the item to the original method of payment. If the item was a gift or purchased using a gift card, we will issue a hayneedle.com store credit.
