Q: Soil is poor (clay) so plan to use containers to plant climbing confederate jasmine so it climbs over my Pergola. Is container big enough to accommodate? Containers would remain a permanent fixture.

A: This item should be large enough to accommodate climbing confederate jasmine. However, based off what I could find, this type of plant thrives in beds rather than being potted. Therefore, it may be better to use a rectangular container to allow more room for growth.
