The Bloem Lucca Self Watering Window Box - Set of 2 are made of 100-percent UV stable, recyclable plastic. Two planter window boxes are included in the set, each featuring an attached basin that can be filled with water for the plant to feed from once a root system has been established. To start the plant, use conventional top down watering techniques and then switch to bottom watering by filling the basin as needed for the roots to wick the water up.
