Manufacturer Warranty
Boraam offers a 90-day limited warranty on all products from the original date of purchase by the consumer. This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials assuming normal, residential use and proper assembly. This warranty does not cover any damage incurred with everyday use or normal wear and tear. If a product proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, Boraam will repair the product at no charge with new replacement parts. The customer may be required to submit a photo to Boraam to support any applicable claim. Following any repair or replacement made by Boraam within the stated warranty period, the warranty for any repair or replacement part will be covered by the remaining balance of time on the original warranty.
