Q: How much water does the fountain hold and how is it cleaned out? Iss there an internal basin that can be removed or must the entire fountain be turned over to change the water?

A: The tall fountain holds 10 gallons of water and the short fountain holds 5 gallons of water. The shop-vac method is the safest and effective way to change the water.
