A: No, you can not adjust the flow rate of the water.
Q: Where is the access door for the pump? Low or high, in the back? I have had back surgery and can't bend over so I want to know if I will be able to access the pump area. Also winters are cold, wet and occasionally snowy, cold but not usually under 15f. Will this fountain be OK in winter?

A: The pump access is low and in the back. I live in Florida so don't know about cold weather but be aware that it splashes about a food in front of the fountain so you wouldn't want to put it on anything that can't get wet. We tried speeding up and slowing down the speed bit it splashes no matter what.I do enjoy the sound but have to add a pitcher of water every day or so.Hope this helps.Lisa

A: Panel lower back of fountain. We brought our into the house. You can drainit and cover (large grabage bag) and you should not have a problem.

A: The access door is in the lower back, easy to access. I loved mine so much that I bought 2 of them. I have them positioned so it looks like they are stacked on top of each other, it appears to be one long waterfall. The lighting is beautiful an the sound is delightful. I plan on storing mine during the winter months to prevent freezing and cracking. I hope you enjoy yours should you choose to purchase one.

A: Looking at the fountain, the door would be on the right side in the back andabout 1' from the bottom. I am not sure if these crack in cold weather, youcould always cover it. But I would think they are made pretty weather resistant.Hope this helps.

A: No remote included. In fact, there's not even an "ON" or "OFF" switch. It needs to be plugged in or unplugged to turn it off and on.
