Elizabeth Austin Collection, Inc. offers the original user this warranty on any product manufactured and sold against any defect in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase on all parts. If defective, HEC will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part or product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, improper handling or installation or repairs made by anyone other than HEC or somebody authorized by HEC in writing. The warranty does not cover handling or transportation costs to and from a location where the repair is effectuated. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the one year stated above.

You may return most new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
