Q: Is there a drainage in the planter. Where? How far up the side?Also, can a spigot be attached where the drainage hole is?

A: There are already two drain holes, one lower and one higher and it comes with spigots.

A: There's a built in screen of sorts that drains the planter area to a lower reservoir. A hose can be hooked up in one place, low on the barrel
