The ultimate for drying and storing clothes, this Greenway Multi-Purpose Stainless Steel and Black Garment Rack makes the most use of the space you have. This smart multi-tasker has a compact, foldable design that expands to offer 16.5 feet of drying space or up to 20 pounds of storage per shelf. It includes expandable bars, a middle shelf, and adjustable upper bars for hanging towels, shirts, and large garments. When not in use, the rack simply folds up for compact storage. Two locking and two non-locking swivel casters offer easy mobility. This drying rack holds up to 84 pounds.

A: This unit features a twist lock mechanism that you loosen to retract the vertical and horizontal extension arms. You tighten the twist lock mechanism when you open the rack to fix it in place. It also folds up with a one-fold accordion style lock to close. The folded dimensions for this item is approximately 35"L x 4"W x 37"H. Also, the fifth picture on the item page shows an example of the item folded up.
