The Howard Miller Kinsley Grandfather Clock is a special 86th anniversary edition with hemispheres on the astrological blue moon phases. It features a golden oak finish on select hardwoods and veneers with a bonnet pediment sporting book-matched, olive ash burl overlays framed by reeded columns and other carved ornaments. The illuminated case features a crystal-cut V-grooved door that locks away the elaborate pendulum and matching brass weights set before a mirrored backdrop that adds greater depth to the display. A shimmering dial is open at the center to reveal the clock’s inner workings; the dial’s Arabic numerals are accented by a moon arch with an astrological blue moon phase and silver chapter ring. On the quarter, half, three-quarter, and hour, a Westminster chime will sound.
