Lipper International's concern for building a quality product is backed by their warranty. They warrant their products for a period of one year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at their option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. Lipper International disclaims liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse.

The purchaser is responsible for choosing a structure appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use it. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Lipper International reserves the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.
