Q: Hi. I am thinking to buy for a grammar school garden. How are the potatoes harvested? Are their holes for the children to reach into? Also what happened in winter? Do you store them inside? Thank you

A: The potatoes grow in the bag and you can pull the flap down to see inside under the dirt where the potatoes are growing. There is a clear plastic layer preventing you from reaching in. When the potatoes are ready the kids can pull them out by the foliage at the top.
