What originally began as a company (Smart Solar) whose sole focus was products powered by renewable solar energy has now become a world leader in solar-powered outdoor décor. Established in 2003, the Chicago-based company has organically bloomed into a mega supplier of both indoor and outdoor essentials.</p><p>In 2013, Smart Living acquired Two Dogs Designs and WeatherReady, both of which produce protective covers for outdoor furnishings and accessories.
