Power, consistency, and durability make the Spalding Positive Lock Basketball Goal a must-have for your next game or practice. This high quality rim is designed to suit most standard backboards, and has a 4 x 5-inch mounting pattern for easy attachment. It features a positive lock breakaway mechanism, which is loaded with ball bearings; if the rim is bent out of place (during a slam dunk, for example), the ball bearings will jump into action to spring it back to its original position. High performance and easy to use, the rim also features a continuous ram for easy attachment of the net (standard white net included). It's finished in an orange powder-coated finish that stands up to wear and tear as well as the elements.
