The wide square base is made from dense, heavy polyresin and is designed with a woven pattern. The surface is protected by a powder-coat finish to help prevent rust- and weather-damage; choose from the available hues. A tightening knob makes sure the umbrella pole is secured and won’t wobble; a number of interchangeable sizing inserts are included to snugly fit umbrella poles between 1.375 and 2 inches in diameter.
