It's fade-resistant and weather-resistant. The crisp white finish will stay just as it is, even after years of exposure to the sun, wind, and rain. You'll never have to sand, paint, or stain and the finish will never chip, peel, or crack. When it's dirty, just spray it down with the garden hose. Some assembly is required.
